Muffin Dowdle has been a full-time real estate broker for the last 35 years. She grew up in Mount Kisco one of eleven children.

As child “Number Four”, she clearly developed the tools needed in real estate-listening, negotiating, organization and patience. Muffin takes care of her clients with personalized service, her specialty.

She consistently has been the top producer at Ginnel as well as the top producer in Northern Westchester. She has personally closed over a billion in residential sales since 2000.

She has received the highest honor bestowed by the Westchester County Board of Realtors “The Diamond Award of Excellence” for the past 25 years.

An avid equestrian, Muffin has ridden through Northern Westchester her whole life. She has been known to sell properties via horseback. Riding on our amazing trail systems is a favorite pastime.

Muffin has been active on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Westchester for the last 25 years.
