Mary served us well, both in selling our former home and handling the purchase of our current home.

We decided to sell at a busy time of year, planning to downsize. Our golf course home, which Mary carefully researched and priced, sold on day #1 to the first couple viewing our home. Mary’s pricing was $50K more than we would have expected. Her recommendations for staging and excellent Internet advertising and marketing really brought out the best features of our home.
