I sold a vacation house in DeLand, FL and most of the process was done remotely. Grace Gutierrez from Charles Rutenberg Realty kept me in the loop with texts, calls, and even video walkthroughs, which made things way easier. Communication was amazing throughout. I never had to wonder what was going on; Grace kept me informed the whole time. If
I had a question, big or small, she answered it clearly and quickly. That made a huge difference. I always felt like I was her top priority. She never left me hanging, even during busy times. When I was searching for real estate agents online, I saw that my agent, Grace, had five-star reviews, so I chose her without hesitation.
Grace took a lot of the pressure off me, helping me with landscaping, front and back yard cleaning, and mowing my lawn every week.
She actively organized open houses for me every week, using her professional skills and tirelessly promoting my property. She also offered me many suggestions I hadn't anticipated, all with my own consideration in mind. For example, regarding the price of the house, which is paramount in the current sluggish real estate market. The buyer lowered the price, and I agreed to it, but she insisted on the original price and even asked me to raise it, which I refused. She is truly an outstanding real estate agent, and I'm truly grateful to have met her. I sincerely thank you and wish you continued success in your career!

Grace was the realtor for my girlfriend who speaks only broken English. She is Chinese and has a difficult time with business maters because of that. Grace understood her situation and handled it accordingly. She went above and beyond what I've ever seen a realtor do to help my girlfriend. She was very patient and and made sure she understood what was happening as things went along. And because Gracie used all of her resources she was able to sell the hose very quickly in a very slow market. Not only did she sell it, but she got the asking price. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone to give her an opportunity to sell their house. I would certainly use her and would recommend her to all of my friends.

Where do we even start with Grace? She swooped in like a real estate superhero just two weeks before closing, and somehow managed to pull all the pieces together for a smooth house sale. Honestly, we’re still not sure how she did it – magic, maybe?

Grace went way above and beyond, doing things no one would expect from a realtor. Need a ride from the airport for closing? Grace to the rescue! Closing gets pushed back? No problem – she’s got a hotel lined up. We’re pretty sure she’d bake cookies if we asked.

Working with Grace was an absolutely great experience and the opposite of what we experienced with a previous realtor.

Grace was attentive, responsive, and always on time. She really went above and beyond to make sure we closed and did so on time. Communication was easy, text, call, email, she was available when we needed her. She was always supportive of our choices and never pressured us to go one way or another.

She had no problem going to bat for us and neither did our lender. Including providing a credit towards closing cost making it easier on us.

Between Grace and Derick at The Mortgage Firm, we knew for sure that it was more than just a transaction and that they really are looking out for the best interest of clients.

I would absolutely recommend, you won’t find anyone better.

She came in after our initial meeting and gave me the motivation to pack and get the house ready to go on the market and took amazing pictures!
