Mary Halling

Mary is a licensed property manager and the owner of her first full-time property management business in Sanders County. Mary's background in real estate began in 2001 in Incline Village, Lake Tahoe, Nevada with the North Shore's largest real estate firm, Tanager Realty. As the administrative assistant to over 30 agents, Mary gained a keen insight to the advantage a strong administrative department will bring to a real estate firm, which is why Mary is happy to be with Clearwater Montana Properties! In 2005, Mary moved back to her hometown of Plains, Montana and immediately began Ponderosa Property Management, currently managing over 70 rental units, with the help of her assistant (and daughter) Kelli Baker.
