Homes.com Review

MaryJean went above and beyond as both a seller's agent and a buying agent when I recently sold my home and bought another one. She was helpful, professional and patient as it was a difficult time (moving while amidst a divorce with two small children and working full-time). We even went on Mother's Day to look at a house. When working with MJ you will get someone who is knowledgeable and committed.

We are in out third home and had less than stellar experiences with the first 2 agents we dealt with. I had met MJ at our childrens Karate classes and we became friends. We decided to use MJ even though using a friend scared me some. I gained a whole new perspective on her as a professional. She told us what we needed to hear not just what we wanted hear, something I did not get in my previous experiences. Her patience was commendable as my wife and I are not easy to please and we both we both have different priorities in a home. We became frustrated at not quite finding what we both wanted but MJ never did and assured us that we would find what we were looking for and she was right. We are delighted with our home and without MJ I dont think we would have found it. It seemed out of our price range but her diligence showed us it was listed high and after some good negotiation we were able to purchase a wonderful home for our family. I am positive the other agents that I've worked with would have at least tried to talk us into something we were not comfortable with. We didnt get the house for free just at a price we were comfortable with (the seller was as well, there was no uncomfortable closing we were all happy). If a friend asked me about real estate I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MJ. Her professionalism and work ethic are unparallelled. If she cant find you a home its probably not out there. Her knowledge is impressive, without which we probably would still be living in a house our family had out grown.
