In July of 2011, Mary Kate put our house on the market. By November we had sold our home and moved out. In January 2012, Mary Kate found us our dream home, and in April 2012 we closed. After seeing the dedication, incredibly hard work and care that went into the entire process, we cannot recommend Mary Kate highly enough. She was the only agent who taught us the importance of staging our home, for which she is an expert. After the closing of our old home went without a hitch, we were faced with the daunting task of finding a short sale property in a market over saturated with many undesirable homes, of which a large proportion were in dreadful condition.
