My husband and I were first time home buyers who watched House Hunters a little to much. We had champaign taste on a beer budget, Mary helped us get exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted. We are very happy and she was very patient with us. When we sent nine million emails all hours of the day and night she was right there with a quick answer for us. She was professional and worked around our busy schedule. Knowing that she is still there for us to ask questions is such a joy and she is still in contact to make sure that we are happy. She was a blessing to have on our side and was able to read between our messy lines of what we really wanted and not things that didn't actually matter to us. We are again happier than ever with our prefect house!

Mary was very helpful and resourceful in helping me in buying my home. She also help keep me clear of bad deals or a house deal gone wrong. She even worked very hard at closing due to my loan being audited and trying to get me done before the end of the business day. Mary is a great asset to her profession and Coldwell Banker. Words cannot describe how lucky we were to work with Mary Lynch. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Buying and selling your home can be such an overwhelming experience particulary if you don't have a good Real Estate Agent. Mary Lynch was a huge asset during the entire process from listing our house to closing on it a few months later. She helped us with suggestions on minor improvements to make to our home prior to listing which ultimately helped us get the price we were looking for at a time when that wasn't the norm. Her knowledge of the local marketplace was excellent and her warm personality won us over! She patiently fielded all of our questions and was there for us every step of the way. While I had purchased a home before this was my first experience actually selling a home and Mary was there to make sure things went according to plan. She was a true professional and I would highly recommend Mary to anyone considering buying or selling a home. Sold a home in 2010.

The most recent house I purchased was the first house I ever bought on my own. I was new to the process so to speak and she had to do a lot of hand holding. She provided me with an abundance of houses to chose from all within my specifications. If I had a question she quickly provided me with a thorough answer. If Mary didn't know the answer, she got back to me. I really felt as though Mary had my best interest in mind. If I decide to sell my house and buy another, she will be my agent of choice!

Mary helped us sell our first home, found and brokered our 2nd home, then also sold that one, and brokered my 3rd. She listened to our concerns and needs, and was quick to offer advice that helped us make quick sales and purchases. We sold each property within the first week of listem them. She also helped with settlement schedules and many other details. Whether selling or buying, she is always the consumate professional and she knows her business very well. I am happy to work with her at any time and I highly recommend her to everyone.

Mary helped with a rental that I needed to rent. Although the new tenants did not contact her directly, she quickly took care of all aspects between Tenant,another reality Co., and land owner ( Myself). I Would highly recomend Mary , and I definently plan on using her services AGAIN!

After all the stories we heard on the news recently about lenders and the real estate business, it was quiet refreshing to meet someone you never met before, and feel like here is someone I can trust. From the first day I felt like I always knew Mary. I did not know anything about real estate, and I very much put everything in her hand, and I became owner couple months later. I've worked with Mary to buy and sell a few houses and she's always been very helpful and friendly. Both homes that I sold through Mary sold in less than 1 month and one of those was in a very bad market. I chose Mary from Zillow originally because of her quick response to my inquiry, which was late in the evening. She was outstanding in every aspect of my real estate search and purchase. Mary took me to all of the places I had picked doing my own internet searches. She was always early to appointments and had everything set-up ahead of time, never any waiting, indecision or unexpected delays with her. I moved from several states away and much of what we did was over email. Mary followed-up with everything I needed in the area, after I had chosen a property. She was amazing as my representative when dealing with the mortgage company, title company and seller agent. She always returned my calls, often calling me with info, before I could call her. Even after the sale, she has been there to help sort things out that were unexpected. Mary goes above and beyond, consistently, I will continue to utilize her for all of my real estate needs and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to trust. Bought single family for 175K
