My experience with Mary Markou, was phenomenal. I bought my first home with her last year and when I needed to move to Denver CO last April she listed and sold my house. The pictures, advertising, and communication were absolutely amazing. I was floored by how many showings were scheduled in the first weekend. When my husband acquired a new job in Chandler Arizona, I knew that I would have the difficult task of choosing a school system for my son; as I did not know the area nor have any friends or family nearby. I was blessed to have met Mary Markou. Moving long distance (from NJ to AZ) has it's own challenges. However, Mary with her knowledge and expertise made these daunting task painless. Before I even arrived in Arizona, she mailed me information about the state and several cities that I was interested in. I have always been told not to do business with friends, but Mary Markou has been the exception to every warning I ever received! I had to move from Rockford, IL due to health issues with arthritis and had to give a 60 day notice to my landlord so I was on a time crunch to drive 1800 miles to Arizona, find a home in 3 days, and return to Rockford. Fortunately, I found Mary Markou on the internet and let her know the pressure I was under and that I only had 3 days to buy a home. I arrived on a Saturday with my 2 small dogs and met with Mary on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday to look at the homes she had lined up to view.
