Out of several real estate companies I called,Mary Maloney of Keller Williams Realty responded to me immediately.She’s very friendly.She makes you feel like I’d known her for a long time .She answers all my questions and give me details about her action plans.Our house lasted a day and a half on the market ,got several offers and sold it in a very short period of time.Mary is great,very professional and I highly recommended her.

Mary helped me buy my first home 8 years ago. She walked me through the process and made it a smooth transition. Recently, I sold that home and bought new construction. I knew very little about building a home but Mary was there every step of the way. She was patient, kind and professional and went above and beyond. I met Mary 15 years ago when she was the Seller's Realtor of a home we were purchasing. Our realtor took a vacation during the buying process and I reached out to Mary with many questions - and she was so helpful and accommodating. We just used Mary to sell my Aunt's condo and she was amazing. The task was initially so overwhelming - deciding what to do with possessions collected over eighty years is not easy! Mary had a lot of suggestions, she kept us on task, calmed our frustrations, and somehow we ended up where we needed to be at exactly the right time. She was friendly, accessible, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. I highly recommend her as a buyer's agent or a seller's agent.

We used Mary as both a listing and purchasing agent last year. While not active looking, we saw a home that intrigued us and called Mary. Within days we were placing an offer and working on getting our current home on the market. Mary was the ultimate professional, advising us on what preparations we needed to do to get top dollar for our listing and guiding us through the purchase of our new “smart home”, which proved to be an education for all. As a first time homebuyer, we really were jumping into the deep end. We probably should have dipped our toes in with some first time home buying material, but we took a risk. Mary was incredibly knowledgeable, patient with our millions of questions, and helped us find the perfect first house (in less than 3 months)! We only had a few requests and one of them was to find a home nearby our parents. We both grew up in Chelmsford and talked about how nice it would be to have our kids grow up here too. We looked at a handful of houses and by some kind of magic Mary miracle we found our home. Mary is a charming, kind, and hard working realtor and will always keep you posted about new properties in the area. She works around the clock even on her days off and I only know this because I’ve texted her 1000 times and she’s always happy to help! I highly recommend Mary because she helped us create our home together and we couldn’t be happier. It’s one thing to just loosely choose a realtor, but when she treats you like a long time friend, greets you with that big smile, and delivers happiness in the form of a home, it’s hard to find someone who could do it better.
