Mary Elise Moran was proud to join Sotheby’s International Realty’s Georgetown office. Licensed as a Realtor® in both Virginia and DC, Mary started her career in real estate with Long & Foster in 2013. She was a Top Producer for their Northern Virginia office and is an NVAR Platinum Club Member. She negotiated the most expensive single family home sale in Arlington in 2021 and was a featured 2022 Arlington Magazine Top Producer. Mary became certified as a Christie's Luxury Real Estate Specialist in 2016.

Mary is a senior-level professional with more than fifteen years of executive level experience including: buying and selling residential real estate, contract negotiations, budgeting & finance, strategic planning, emergency management, fundraising, and policy development. After serving 16 years as Director of Human Resources with the NFLPA, she ran two successful federal election campaigns. Mary has appeared as a guest lecturer at Marymount University and George Mason University, and as a featured speaker at events across Northern Virginia and DC. Mary earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and remains credentialed as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-SCP. Deeply involved in her community, Mary’s charitable experience and volunteerism includes Meals on Wheels, Arlington Food Assistance Center, Light the Night Walk for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, American Diabetes Association Walk, Lupus Foundation of America’s Butterfly Gala (Committee Member & Presenter), Arlington Traditional School PTA (President), Arlington Tech High School Advisory Committee (Vice Chair) and the Virginia Leadership PAC (Treasurer). Mary grew up in Alexandria and now resides in Arlington with her husband and two sons.
