Real estate was the perfect fit for Mary Nomile, who is passionate about investing, design, gardening, art and home staging. As the owner of rental properties as well as personal homes, she understands the balance between emotions, finances and aesthetics when considering property to buy.
Born in Tucson Arizona, Mary spent her first eight years at George Air Force Base on the Mohave Dessert with the horn toads, tortoise and tumble weed. She and her family lived in Germany for four years, returned to the U.S., and arrived in Virginia over 50 years ago.
After graduating from NOVA, Mary worked at WJ Slone on Washington Street in Old Town. She went from an interior design firm to a patent law office honing her interpersonal, research and customer care skills. Mary subsequently did outside sales for a copier company and eventually established a court reporting business with her husband while having a couple of kids. Prior to entering real estate, she ran a beautiful full-staff villa in Jamaica (rumored to be one of the most beautiful than any other in Treasure Beach!) that she and her husband built from the ground up.
Real estate called to her, so Mary sold the business and became an agent. Her eye for detail and design, as well as her investment and hospitality experience, are invaluable when helping clients explore their best options. What clients love about her besides her warm personality and keen organizational skills is her ability to listen, help, and be upbeat when things seem difficult. "I am a natural salesperson, and focus on service before anything else!"
Mary focuses on sales, listings, rentals and staging in the areas closest to where she lives: Mount Vernon, Old Town, Delray and other surrounding areas. She loves spending as much free time as possible with her two beautiful children, her greatest accomplishments of all.
