In 1982, she moved to beautiful Florida from the Caribbean — more specifically, Trinidad and Tobago. Just like the sunshine drew her to South Florida, her career has been drawn to real estate. When she first arrived in Florida, she launched her career by working for a mortgage company, and then in the mortgage division within the banking system. By 1992, with her experience and knowledge of the business, she was hired by First Union Bank as a Junior Underwriter and worked her way up to Senior Underwriter within three years.
These experiences eventually led Mary to venture off on her own. She opened her own licensed mortgage brokerage business in 1997, and currently still own that business. She also studied for and obtained an appraiser’s license, 220 insurance licenses, and finally, her real estate license.
Since 2007, Mary have dedicated her time to real estate. Having owned her own business within the industry for so many years, she has developed key skills to have a successful career in Real Estate. She is extremely organized, and customer service is her number one priority. Her main goal is to ensure her buyers and sellers have a painless and smooth experience when buying or selling. Communication, communication, communication, she believes, is the most important factor in attaining her goal.
