Mary goes way above and beyond to take care of her clients. She far exceeds anything I have experienced with other realtors. She recently sold my mothers house for me amazingly quick. She had helped my mom locate and purchase this house a few years ago. Over time she has helped several of my family members and all have been impressed. A pleasure to work with, concentrated on what I was looking for, set up a query to search for said properties which then emailed me the results and I could look at them at my leisure. Those I wanted to see she very quickly made arrangements. Mary was extremely helpful in the finding and buying of our new home, as well as the selling of our old home. She spent a good amount of time with us to make sure we were all on the same page, helped us trim our site searches to more accurately find what we were looking for, gave us honest advice about how to best market and sell our old house, and finally, she was there immediately when we found the house we wanted, brought the papers there with us and drew up an offer with us on the spot. You will not get much better than Mary!! She is so helpful and very hardworking for you to get exactly what you want! She met us multiple nights during the week to show us homes, often multiple homes a night. She listened to specifics that interested us and didn't waste our time showing us things we didn't want. She is knowledgeable of the market and she truly takes your specific needs to heart whether you're wanting specific school zones or types of neighborhoods for your kids. Mary Parsons was just super to work with...a delightful personality with a complete mastery of real estate business practices. She was our buying agent and did more work out of the seller's office for us than can be expected. She knew and understood all the necessary paperwork required for us to make our purchase and made it happen on the spot. She was extremely patient with us as we were moving from New England and had limited time to view and inspect prospective homes. Mary has been my real estate agent for many years. Her knowledge of the markets never ceases to amaze me, even today. Not only does Mary provide listings that exceed my expectations, she goes far above the call of duty. For example, when my then husband and I were searching for our together house we were having a difficult time finding homes for sale in the area with the criteria we were searching for. Mary took us driving through every neighborhood in the area we wanted to be in. We found a house for sale by owner that we really wanted to check out. Mary stopped the car right there and literally handled EVERYTHING! Got us in to see the house negotiated the deal - it was amazing! I don't think there is another agent anywhere that gives the time and dedication Mary puts in. She has returned my phone calls while she was on vacation at the beach, on Sundays, or even late at night. No one does real estate better than Mary.
