About Mary

Mary Scharfe is a Manhattan native with more than fourteen years experience representing clients as a real estate sales agent, continuing a family tradition of buying and selling real estate. Like her parents, Mary graduated from K-State and holds a finance degree from the College of Business.

Licensed as a sales agent since 2006, Mary served on the Board of Directors of the Flint Hills Association of REALTORS for three years as a Director. She has served on several committees with FHAR. Currently, Mary represents her local association as Kansas Association of Realtors Director. She’s active in the community with her Kiwanis club, and is a past president. Mary also volunteers at the Flint Hills Breadbasket.

Mary earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in 2017 and completed the licensure to become an Associate Broker in 2014. She graduated from the 2011 Right Track Leadership Program and was awarded by her peers with the REALTOR Spirit Award in both 2011 and 2013.

In her time away from real estate, Mary enjoys training for and running in 5K/10K races and is the proud parent of her son, William.
