Mary Smith

Mary was born in Atlanta, Georgia and moved to Savannah with her husband and four daughters in 1988. After working in the insurance industry and raising a family, Mary entered the real estate industry. She has been involved with the Savannah Board of Realtors® full-time since 2005. Mary is an Associate Broker, and holds an ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), a GRI (Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute), a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), a SRS (Seller Representative SpecialistSM) Designation, and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. She is also a Certified Red Book Contract Specialist.

Mary considers Savannah one of the most beautiful cities in the country, and loves working in Savannah’s real estate industry where she can share her enthusiasm for the area with her clients. Her love for the area is reflected in her dedication to her clients. She prides herself in her superior customer service.
