About Matt

Matt Cottle is a born and bred Oklahoma native specializing in the Edmond Real Estate market. He studied at Oklahoma State University where he received a Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture. While building his successful landscaping design firm he kept reading and realized he was obsessed with real estate. He hasn’t looked back since and became licensed and brought his landscaping expertise with him. After cutting his teeth he even published a book titled “Home Buying in the OKC Metro” which was published in May,2019. In September 2019, he joined Finch & Co and we’ve been delighted to have him. Matt surprises Finch & Co staff and clients every day with his unique perspective and processes.

Matt was awesome to work with. He pays close attention to what you want and does his best to find it. His great attitude keeps the stress of house hunting down and he clearly knows OKC and Edmond well. I would definitely recommend using Matt for the best experience, especially in the 2020’s housing market.
