I bought two lots from Matt and he is in the process of selling those lots for me. I know he is working diligently and anticipate a sale in the near future.

Matt was fabulous to work with. He always had a good attitude, stayed on top of things, and helped sell our house in under 3 weeks for our asking price. He did an excellent job guiding us with negotiations. Everything went smoothly, and we had no hiccups. Absolutely no concerns or complaints from my standpoint. I highly recommend Matt Crocker as a real estate agent. He is professional, smart, responsive, and hard working. In addition to his real estate marketing and sales skills, he is a talented craftsman who can either personally perform or oversee the remodeling of areas of your home that my need updating before putting it on the market to maximize sales price. Our house had been on the market for over a year with almost zero offers and limited traffic. We then hired Matt. Matt came up with a plan on updating certain areas of our home, he then oversaw the execution of the plan, and he then sold the house for more than asking price within a few weeks of putting it back on the market.
