Matt Dewey

Matt is the Chief Operating Officer of Urban Pace, which, under the Long & Foster Companies umbrella, provides marketing, sales, leasing and advisory services to real estate developers. Over his 14-year career, Matt has managed the sales, leasing and marketing of more than 100 communities throughout the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

Matt’s expertise encompasses high-end boutique buildings and townhome communities, with expertise in floor plan design, project branding, and sales systems.

During his career Matt has been in the top 1% of production for real estate agents in Washington, DC, and was named 40 under 40 by DCA Live Media.

Matt holds a B.S. in Regional Development from the University of Arizona and has been a guest speaker at Georgetown University on the subject of real estate marketing and branding.

Matt is a longtime resident of Washington and lives on Capitol Hill with his family.
