I am very please with Matt Dubas selling my home. I have had other agents come to my home and tell me what I wanted to hear, take a few pictures and then I did not hear from them for a month or have my calls returned. Matt not only had my best interest he quickly responded to my questions and concerns about my home. I moved from San Diego to Mount Vernon and i had no time to physically take a look at any houses. We had to decide on a house from the pictures online only. Matt made a very stressful move so much easier! He went above and beyond his duties to make sure my family had a wonderful home to move into by driving to Mount Vernon 5 times and scouting the area for us. I can not say enough good things about my experience with matt! I never even had the chance to shake his hand and thank him in person for all his hard work. My wife and I wanted to find a house together. A friend who I trusted said they used Matt before and he was great. After meeting with a couple other agents Matt was easily our top choice. Unfortunately for Matt my wife and I have two totally different styles. We thought it was going to be impossible to find a home we could both agree on. We had been shopping together online for homes for about a year, and could never agree on anything! Some how Matt found us the perfect home that we couldn't even find online? It had the big yard for the kids, fence for the dogs, close to my work and Matt even got them to throw in the boat in to the deal somehow?! After the sale Matt came back to ther house with us and noticed the last sellers agent didn't inspect the cleanliness before they left. Matt had a cleaning crew there with in hours and paid for it himself even after we insisted he didn't have to! That isn't even the kicker. He is so honest he looked at our old home while getting ready to put that on the market. He stated that because our mortgage was so low we could probably get a lot more for it renting it out for a while. I couldn't belive that someone who gets paid on commission was telling us not to sell it! We had never really thought about it and now we are cash flow positive from a rental. I don't understand why zillow only allows me to give 5 stars. Matt should get a million! - Aaron and Patricia Bakewell
