Matt is awesome. He sold us our first house 10 years ago and we recently used him again when we sold that home and bought a bigger one. Matt has knowledge of all the neighborhoods in and around San Diego. We didn't really have a set place in mind and he was a great resource. We also fell in love with a home before our's was even on the market and placed a contingent offer which means we had to come in competitively and price our home to sell, which it did only a few weeks after we put in on the market right snack dab in the middle of the holidays (for full asking price). I don't even know how he pulled it off us but we're so glad he did! I can't recommend him enough and though I hope to never move again, I'll definitely use him if I do!

His knowledge of the community we lived in and overall experience as a seasoned agent was a definite plus as to choosing Matt to represent us. I sold my 1-bedroom unit with Matt, after having bought it with his support 8 years ago.

I strongly recommend working with Matt; He knows the San Diego, CA market very well and was able to get me the price I was hoping for, despite the challenging market conditions. We managed to sell the unit in 2 months and it was a very smooth experience as Matt is very responsive and knows the processes extremely well.

We started working with Matt in Mid-2020 at the start of the pandemic. As the market accelerated, we decided to wait on the sidelines for a cool down and Matt remained patient following up as necessary without pressure.

More than two years after we started working with Matt, we found the property we wanted at a relatively reasonable price. We reached out to Matt for assistance and without delay, he was there to help.

We previewed our desired property the same day we called Matt and recognizing the seller only intended on listing the property for a few days, Matt had an offer in the Seller's hands the day after we viewed the property. Matt really helped ensure the offer was as attractive as possible against the multiple competing offers received. Matt also helped guide us through the counteroffer process ensuring we were successful.

Matt is an expert in the Poway area and the overall process. In addition, he has a very patient disposition and we never felt pressured. We really appreciated all of his help and honestly believe we would not have been the successful bidders without his expertise.

Matt Eller was absolutely wonderful to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and on top of each step of the transaction, we knew what to expect each step of the way. When I spoke to Matt I was immediately sure our relationship was going to be mutually beneficial.Matt was confident ,knowledgeable and dependable and honest .It took several months to find the right property for me.One of the things I most liked

That is exactly how Matt will make you feel. Whether it is your first meeting or the third time you want to go see "that one house" Matt will make sure that every question is answered and every corner is inspected. Matt was able to meet me whenever I needed; whether that be midday, after work or on the weekend. Never once did I feel rushed or that I was interfering with other plans or clients. Matt is a truly genuine person and his goal is that you are fully informed and completely comfortable in your home purchase.

After 12 years in San Diego it was time to buy my first house. After speaking with 3-4 co-workers they all recommended the same agent and I am so glad that they did. 07/27/2012 - user9628834 Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Escondido, CA. This was my first time buying a home so I had TONS of questions and Matt was very patient with me. His knowledge of the process was very impressive. He was able to walk me through the entire process and returned my calls and emails within only a few hours. He looked up all the comps in the area before we went to look at any property so I knew what price to offer. Once we recieved a signed offer he made sure I was receiving all the paperwork I needed and he was there to walk me through it. 07/29/2012 - user226694 Bought a home in 2012 in La Costa, Carlsbad, CA 92009. I worked with Matt for a year. I live out of town and wanted to buy a house in San Diego. Matt sent me listings every week based in my profile. He researched listings I was interested in and changed his schedule to be available when I was in town.
