Matt joined the Peterson team in 2020, and supports all aspects of the business, including commercial leasing & sales, asset management, land development, and homebuilding. Prior to Peterson Development, Matt lived in Dallas, Texas, where he gained institutional real estate investment experience working for both Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking Division and TIER REIT, an NYSE-traded REIT. Matt began his career with ICO Development in Salt Lake City.
