Matt Gallanar

Born in Seattle and raised on the Northshore of Lake Washington. As a native to the Puget sound area, Matt holds an in-depth knowledge of the various aspects that make each area unique.

After years of honing his marketing and sales skills in the travel and motorsports industries, he became a Realtor in 2005. In 2006, Matt turned his career emphasis to “New Construction” and became a successful Buyers Agent working for one of the “Top Ten” home builders in the state, earning accolades as a top Buyer’s Agent year after year. He credits this success to his passion for the “new home process” as he guides clients through the creation of their new home. Matt explains, “Every home built is a customized reflection of that client’s dream – a place that will be cherished for many years.” In 2009, Matt joined the team at Legacy Homes of Washington just as foundations were poured at the first neighborhood project for the newly formed builder. “To be on a team, at the ground level with a collective of individuals determined to build the best homes possible is a dream” he says.
