Matt Gelling is an amazing realtor. My friend had found an apartment that was off market and being renovated. This would be his first home buying experience. He told me the good news and I knew just who to call. Matt reached out to the owner of the apartment that day and had the property under contract in no time. He made the entire process seamless and very easy for my friend to understand. I have a lot of confidence in Matt's abilities as I have personally known him for over 10 years. He treats everyone with the same honesty and fairness that he treated my friend with. I know he will do the same for you!

My wife and I met Matt by pure coincidence. As it happened we were interested in a particular house and when we requested a viewing, Matt responded to us informing us that house was under contract and could he help us with something else. We explained exactly what we were looking for and not only did he find us the perfect house he was there for us every step of the way. He Always answers calls, text messages and emails, even if it's after hours. He has a very friendly demeanor and is really on top of things. He went above and beyond to make sure we understand the process and are happy with our purchase. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a house and would always go to him first in the future. Thank you Matt, you made this tedious process a positive experience.

Matt Gelling was helpful to us from the get go
We came from the Villages to view homes in Wellington
When we found the one we wanted Matt worked diligently with the seller’s broker to formulate a contract always keeping in touch with us about conditions
He also connected us with a mortgage broker and acted as an intermediary if we needed clarification about anything
Matt arranged an inspection for us and was on site when it was done
He accompanied us with a walk through
Got us information about the hoa and even recommended service providers (handyman
Paver etc)
We cannot praise Matt highly enough for his guidance and encouragement and recommend him highly

Definitely, the experience and professionalism can not be improvised.
Second house sold in the first couple of weeks. However, for Mr. Matt, it is not only about the sale; it is about working for the best interest of both buyer/seller even though if he has to sacrifice his commission, time and go the extra mile. He is one of a kind!!!

Matt, is the best of the best. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and knowledge in the real estate market. But most importantly, he truly cares about your home purchase. From day one, I quickly learned that it was not about him making a sale but it was about me (the buyer) being happy.
