Matt recently helped me find a property in the area. He went above and beyond what you normally expect from a realtor. He deeply and dependably involved himself in every aspect of the purchase--from inspections to title work to closing to personally chasing down the answer to every single question I had about the property--and there were a lot.

And even after the deal was done, and he had no more obligation to me at all, Matt STILL was more than happy to help me out with a few more details.

I could not more highly recommend a realtor.

After loosing my home of 18 years to a disaster, I was in a tight spot and Matt stepped up to help me find a new forever home. I lost track of the number of houses we saw, and I think we offered on over 5 houses in multiple school districts in a matter of 2 months. Matt works full time and over time as a realtor, and is not just a part-time hobbyist. You won't be disappointed when you have Matt at your side. He also helped the listing agent get an electrical issue tied up before closing!
