Matt is the best realtor we've ever worked with. We reached out to him several months before we decided to list, and he was extremely helpful and insightful about the market. Throughout that period, he was patient, prepared and always answered our questions promptly, despite that we hadn't even signed with him yet. When we decided to put the house on the market, Matt was professional, responsive, consistent, and dependable. Matt went above and beyond at all stages of our home sale. He expertly marketed the home, which resulted in dozens of showings over a weekend and 10 offers! He was able to get us a record-breaking sale price on our home and amazing terms, and ensured that the entire process (including closing) went smoothly. We highly recommend Matt! When you need more space but can’t bring yourself to leave your neighborhood of seven years, you just buy your neighbors house! We got word Matt was going to be listing the house 4 down and with more space for our growing family, we asked to see it before it went to market. Matt got us in the next day, submitted and offer right away, and we closed on the house 1 month later before they even went to market! We decided to take a chance and list our house with him and couldn’t be happier. After a weekend with over 30 showings, and multiple offers all over ask, he sat us down and helped to understand each offer & choose the right one for us! Fast forward another 30 days and we’ve closed on our first family hime! Matt was there to answer any and all questions we had ( at all hours of the day) and we couldn’t be happier with how seamless the process was. Matt made our first experience with a realtor absolutely perfect! He started by listening to our wants and needs and then by finding us the perfect new home after just two showings. He then sold our existing home in one weekend with a record 136 showings and 63k over asking! The final step was to make both closings happen in the perfect timeline for our moves. He is now helping our son find the perfect starter home and is being very helpful during this crazy market. Thank you Matt for everything, you are our realtor for life!

I highly recommend Matt to anyone that needs a realtor. When our family needed to find our new home in the winter, Matt did an amazing job for us! During the showing process, Matt was a great resource as he was very knowledgeable about houses. We had tons of questions that he always had good answers to. We never felt pressured and he was very patient. During the purchase process, Matt was there for us every step of the way, from the initial offer all the way to closing. Matt Marsoupian was an agent sent from heaven. After going through 5 agents since 2014 who did nothing to sell my home, Matt came in as number 6 and marketed and advertised my home and got it sold within 60 days. I never thought it would happen but it did. No one else had the experience or sales plan to sell a corner lot on a busy road. To me Matt is a real estate genius. If you want your home to sell, I suggest you call Matt.

One of the most challenging things for us was trusting a real estate agent. We have worked with other agents in the past and didn’t have total trust in their abilities. We never once doubted Matt’s ability, knowledge, or experience. He was always available and in touch. We were building a house and didn’t need a realtor but we opted to have Matt help us because of his wealth of knowledge in the subject and just to have someone we trusted on our side throughout the process. As many know tensions can run high during the stressful time of building/buying/selling, Matt is a calming force. He is awesome and I would recommend him to anyone.

We will never use any other agent besides Matt! After working with a different realtor/company for over 2 years we were frustrated and defeated and felt like we would never sell our home. Matt came in with an abundance of knowledge, sold our home, and then helped us find our dream home and purchase it. Simply put, Matt is amazing at what he does. He has an extremely high sense of urgency, is extremely knowledgeable, a great negotiator, goes well above the call of duty for his clients, honest, and just a genuine person. We have bought / sold 3 houses with Matt, and will never use anyone else.

example 1 - we had some issues after the close of our first house we sold. This was completely out of Matt's control, and my error. He handled, so we didn't have to months and months after close.

example 2 - there was an issue that popped up 6 months after the close of our house. Again, out of Matt's control, and someone else's error. Matt made it right. I had just had a baby, and he handled the entire thing. He went to the city offices, county offices, and took money out of his own pocket to help fix it to make it easier on us.

I can't thank Matt enough for everything he has done for us, and all the house dreams he has helped us make!

We will be working with Matt in the future on all of our real estate needs!
