Matt has been a great realtor for us as we worked through selling the home of a relative who passed away. Matt was there every step of the way from providing options to empty the home, helping guide us on making small improvements for the home to be more marketable, ,providing expert advice on listing price, to helping me decide amongst multiple offers that we received within days of putting the house on the market. I’ve been working with Matt for over a year looking for our first home, and we just closed on it! Working with him was the best experience. He will go above and beyond all expectations. He is on top of everything, even looking for off market deals. He’s also a pro at so many home-ownership topics like landscaping, maintenance to look for, etc. have learned a ton from him in general throughout the process. Matt is the MAN.
