Matt was a great realtor, he is very responsive will all of our calls and messages. We would send him houses that we wanted to see and he would schedule a tour that day if possible or the next day. He always had a great attitude and showed us a lot of houses until we found the one we loved. He also knows the market really well which is something to look for in a realtor.

Matt helped us relocate from Kansas into a new build in El Paso. I can not express how helpful he was throughout the entire process from helping us pick colors and trim to staying on top of the builder and constantly informing us of status changes and even driving by to send us pictures. Matt is the realtor you need! Supportive, persistent and prompt on every detail to make your dream home a reality. I am a first time home buyer/VA LOAN user and I felt very comfortable with him all through the process beginning from our initial conversation.

He first introduced me to the app that helps you do your own research and followed up with me often to make sure he was on the same page.
He was supportive as I put a second offer on the house I wanted. Though our bid was lower and we wanted to re-offer, he took time and explained options of how to make our offer strong without forcing to do it one way and wasn’t pushy or overbearing. I felt like I was in the driver’s seat but that I had a professional as my co-driver.

When it was time to close on the house and getting all the paperwork and details sorted out, he stayed on top of coordinating all the people involved. He cleaned my house, checked up on utilities and prepared a key box for my out of town arrival. We hope to be able to utilize his skills in the future with other investment opportunities!!!

Matt was a fantastic realtor for us. This was our first time buying a home and he made the experience easy, especially considering we were buying the home sight unseen.
