About Matt

Being a successful Realtor is simply a byproduct of my passion….bringing people together that share a common goal. Whether intentionally or by accident, I’ve created long lasting relationships throughout my career which I cherish to this day. In fact, I refer to my clients as “friends”, after all, when you look after people's best interest they’re more than simply a client. I have been fortunate throughout my professional career to have led some of the finest teams which I am proud to call friends. In my 20’s I purchased an Athletic Club. Not a “gym”, an 88,000 square foot buidling with 92 employees which included weight training, classes, swimming pools, restaurant/banquet facilities, ect. Building a team that was wiser and more knowledgeable than me gave me the greatest satisfaction. After leading this team to expand my brand in acquiring an additional three Athletic Clubs, I realized it was time to hand the baton off to someone else. I followed this with the start-up of a marketing company which eventually grew to be one of the largest Sport Marketing Companies on the East coast.

ALAS!...while reconnecting with a long-time family friend I was introduced to the wonderful world of Real Estate, and it was clear that this would be the next chapter. Thoughtful listening, problem solving and dedication are some of the skills that are the pinnacles of my values today. When I’m not “bringing people together”, I am actively involved in several community organizations which include serving as the President (BOG) of a local chartered beach community of 192 homeowners, serving as the President (BOD) of a Homeowners Association of 136 homeowners and Member - Hall's Road Iprovement Committee. I mostly enjoy cooking, reading and boating on Long Island Sound.
