Matt Moorcones

Matt grew up in southeastern Virginia and graduated from UNC-Wilmington in 2007. While attending college he took a big interest in residential real estate and began working for one of Wrightsville Beach’s top producing agents. After college Matt lived in Southern California where he worked for a real estate investor and Central Florida before moving back to North Carolina to officially call Charlotte home.

Matt specializes in assisting buyers and sellers to accomplish their goals in all aspects of the process. In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with family and friends in one of Charlottes many neighborhoods. Uptown, NODA, Plaza Midwood, and South End are some of his favorite areas to enjoy some great food and take in the scenery. If there is a chance to get out of town, you can almost bet that Matt will be heading to the coast to get his saltwater fix.
