Matt Rawlins

Matthew Rawlins owner and broker of Rawlins & Company Real Estate has been marketing luxury homes in Lake Norman and Charlotte for over 16 years and has been involved in many of the larger real estate transactions in the area. As a 18 year resident in Charlotte, I grew up in Southern California where my love for all things real estate developed. Having built several custom homes once in Charlotte, I quickly grew to learn about the great neighborhoods throughout including The Point in Mooresville, NC on the shores of Lake Norman. I have resided in The Point with my family since 2005 and know it better than anyone.
