I want to Thank Matt Zook for all the hard work he did to help me find my perfect house! I didn't make it easy in anyway with personal stuff going on in my life! We had to take a break for a bit with finding a house but as soon as I was ready he was on it to help me! He answered every question I had and responded in a timely manner!! He is amazing in what he does and I would recommend him to anyone buying a house!! Thank you so much!

I wasn't sure what I was looking for when I started looking at a house but Matt was very understanding about things that I knew I wanted and things that I knew I didn't want.
He was very patient with me when it came to looking at different houses. When I asked him his opinion he would be honest with me about what he thought. I couldn't be happier with the effort and communication I got from him.

Wonderful experience with Matt. We moved from out of state and he was available anytime we needed which most of the time was on weekends! He sent me new listings all the time and even let me know when a listing was coming. We felt like he had our backs and at the same time was not pushy at all. Such a nice guy!!!

Listing our house with Matt was a fantastic move. He was very easy to communicate with, did an excellent job promoting the property, and answered all the questions we could come up with throughout the process. Our house sold very quickly and Matt continued exceed our expectations all the way through our closing and handing over the keys.
If the opportunity to venture back into the market with our new house arises, he’ll definitely be our first call. Cannot recommend any higher!!
