About Matthew

Matthew Arnold was born in Bay Shore and is the youngest of eight children. His strong ties to family and community keep him on Long Island and with hard work, diligence and the tutelage of Steven Taca. Matthew has invested his time and energy into real estate. For ten years he was the Co-owner/Broker of Dutch Door Realty in West Sayville, Bay Shore and East Islip and later joined Netter Real Estate in 2009.

Matthew is a proud member of the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR) and in 2002, was recognized the with the Outstanding Achievement and Service Award. Later in 2008, Matthew received the Realtor Spirit Award and the Realtor Salesperson of the Year Award in 2016. From there he was able to transition to the highest executive position in 2020 as the LIBOR President. Additionally, as one of his accomplishments as President, Matthew partook in the important merger of MLS and One Key. He takes pride in always maintaining the highest standards and ethics and promoting this organization to his colleagues.
