Matthew Barbaccia

Matthew started his career in 2005 selling investment properties in the Bronx for one of the largest national commercial real estate companies. In 2008 he partnered with a Bronx owner-operator to form RHAMCO and combine expertise to better help their clients navigate the changing real estate market.

At RHAMCO Matthew focused on investment sales and financing while his partner focused on the management-operations side of the business. In 2019, Brix Real Estate Advisors was formed by Matthew to focus solely on selling and financing multifamily and mixed-use properties in the Bronx and Westchester County. RHAMCO continues to be focused on asset management with over 2,000 units under management in NYC and Westchester County.

Throughout Matthew's career he has directly advised on the sale, financing or asset management for over $750 million worth of investment properties.
