Matthew Belford

Matt Belford has lived and worked in Jackson since 1997. Prior to his ownership of Apex, Matt worked as a low-voltage technician for a local alarm system company. Wiring and maintaining fire and security systems has given him valuable experience and knowledge of property construction and maintenance as well as trustworthiness within the community. Working within the construction industry, he has gained first-hand knowledge of the most desirable and sought-after sub-contractors in the area, as well as a detailed eye regarding job completion. He has gained considerable experience since co-founding Apex as the Broker of Apex selling real estate while managing properties, overseeing remodel projects, and representing owners of new construction. Matt grew up in Potomac, Maryland. He attended Arizona State University and graduated in 1997 with a B.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology. He is also a licensed Wyoming Real Estate Broker. He is also a fully certified professional ski instructor at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, a Wilderness First Responder, and a professional Heli-ski guide for Alaska Rendezvous Guides, Valdez, Alaska. Matt also loves to spend time golfing, climbing, skateboarding, and skiing with his son Jackson and lovely wife Wendy.
