Matt Brooks brings a unique mix of experience in sales, education, and construction management to every real estate deal. After five years working alongside his wife Alicia Brooks and supporting her successful real estate business, Matt has stepped into a full-time role as a REALTOR® ready to help clients buy and sell with confidence.

His background in software sales taught him how to truly listen and find the right solutions, while his time in construction management gives him an eye for quality, value, and potential. Matt believes great real estate service starts with honest communication and ends with a smooth, stress-free experience.

He holds a degree in Economics from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA from the University of Phoenixeducation that helps him navigate the business and financial side of real estate with ease. Matt and Alicia live in Batavia, IL, and love helping clients throughout the western suburbs find the perfect place to call home.
