About Matthew

Matthew loves working under the Carpenter Name, and he especially loves working hard for his clients! Matthew is native to Lawrence County and have always held a passion for bettering the community. He is a graduate of Bedford North Lawrence High School and the Texas Horseshoeing School. Both of his grandfathers worked in carpentry and construction and built several homes in Lawrence and surrounding counties. Watching both and guidance from my parents provided a platform for him, to work hard every day!

Matthew has worked with Lawrence County Emergency Management and 911 Re-Addressing for 16 years! His acquired knowledge of public relations, subdivisions and plats, mapping databases, and parcels of land has provided a perfect foundation for his real estate career. He has owned and operated my own business for over ten years where he has taken pride in providing professional and reliable quality and care. Through his experiences with this business, Matthew has obtained a vast knowledge about agricultural real estate and the importance it has in a community. He specializes in customer relations because that is what he knows and that is what he cares about!

Matthew married his beautiful wife Chelse, in October of 2014, and in mid-April of 2018 they welcomed their daughter into the world! They enjoy time with friends and family, boating, traveling to unfamiliar places, and working as a team.
