Matthew Davis

My name is Matt Davis. I am a real estate professional and a top producing agent for the last 18 years in the DC metro area. I was born and raised in Southern Maryland and currently reside in Alexandria, VA with my wife and 3 wonderful children. I graduated from Gonzaga College High School (Washington DC) and The University of Richmond (Richmond, VA). I differentiate myself from other agents due to my extensive knowledge of the entire DC Metro area (DMV) residential market and holding licenses in all three areas. I have worked in every aspect of the industry representing seller, buyers, investors, and banks, in both the residential and commercial market.The exceptionally loyal clientele, personal referrals and repeat business form the foundation of my real estate career. I am an avid sports fan and enjoy coaching numerous youth sports teams in the area. At Team Davis we believe in giving back. A portion of commission earned is donated to the Children's Miracle Network in the name of our clients. Chairperson of The Mike Davis Foundation a non-profit organization which has awarded over $220,000 in scholarship money to local deserving students and student athletes.
