About Matthew

Though not an Alabama native, Matt made the move to Florence a few years ago, and quickly made it home. A University of Texas grad, Matt made his career as a non-profit developer and director before pulling up stakes and completely starting over in North Alabama. Matt began renovating historic homes in downtown Florence, and quickly fell in love with the real estate world. As a renovator and financial investor, Matt’s real estate story started by helping others find creative ways to purchase their first home or and create equity through updating neglected homes with tons of potential.

In just a few years, Matt has made a name for himself in the Shoals area as an honest agent who goes the extra mile for his clients. Matt prides himself in advocating for clients and customers by always putting their needs and desires first.

When not working with buyers and sellers, or personally working on one of his latest renovation projects, you can find matt out in downtown Florence, enjoying local music or dining out with friends at locally owned restaurants. Matt loves being out on the water, kayaking or boating on the creeks or Tennessee River. Whether you run into him out and about, or drive by his house, he will most likely be accompanied by one or both of his dogs, Jovi and Fox.
