Matt was absolutely amazing. I cannot speak highly enough of how professional, yet down to earth he is. This was our first home-selling experience, so needless to say we were nervous and full of questions. Matt was patient and knowledgeable and made the whole process actually a pretty great experience. His advice on our “staging,” and the resulting high-end photos and video of the house were unbelievable. I’m so grateful to have our wonderful home and memories encapsulated in them, as a side bonus. But truly, I feel that those tools combined with his knowledge of the area helped sell our home much faster than we had even hoped for. He was respectful of our wishes and needs and found amazing buyers on the other end. He took a lot of the stress out of the equation but still negotiated like a pro.
