Matt is a native of Lancaster County, grew up in Manheim Township and graduated from Manheim Township and Misericordia University, Dallas PA. He has lived and worked in Lancaster County and the surrounding areas for most of his adult life. Matt was patient, professional and consistently had my best interests in mind throughout the home-buying process. He made himself readily available whenever I had questions and was always responsive. Even after Closing he had my best interests at heart. He never made it feel like it was all about the sale, rather, it was about forging relationships. Being a first-time home buyer and navigating these challenging times seemed daunting at first, but Matt helped us every step of the way. He was incredibly kind, professional, responsive, knowledgable, organized, and committed to helping us find a new home; without being high-pressure, pushy, or intrusive. If we had a question or concern, Matt either promptly answered it himself or reached out to others on our behalf. When listings were posted within our budget and criteria, Matt scheduled viewings as soon as possible for homes we were interested in. Matt truly went above and beyond for us, and without his diligence and effort, we would have never gotten our new home. He also worked exceptionally well with our loan and settlement officers, which made the closing process go smoothly and hassle-free.
