He negotiated a contract with the seller of my new home to accept my offer contingent on the sale of my old home. He had my house up within 3 days and it sold in ONE. I met Matt when he was selling my neighbors house. He picked up the pieces where another agency failed and quickly sold their house. When it was my turn to move, I thought I should give that guy a call... he gets results. Matt and his team provided outstanding service to the my family. He quickly found the perfect buyer for the house we were selling. Matt then negotiated a great price so we could buy our dream home. After we were under contract, he didn't move on to the next deal. Hope having your expertise was amazing buying your 1st home is stressful and I had a lot of special request many day.
