Matthew Rieland

A native of Mankato, Minnesota, Matt Rieland grew up in Santa Fe and earned a business degree from the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management. As an intern with Sherwin Williams, Matt gained invaluable insight into building, logistics, and problem solving.

For over three decades, Matt’s family has owned and operated Roy’s Pest Control & Tree Service, which helped him gain extensive knowledge of the area. Matt has a reputation for working quickly and efficiently and can facilitate any aspect of a transaction.

In December 2019, Matt completed certifications for Resort and Second Property Specialist (RSPS) and also C2EX which is a certification from the National Association of Realtors in Ethics and Competency. He coaches youth baseball and loves the outdoors, including Santa Fe’s beautiful vistas and world-class skiing.
