In a career distinguished by accolades, awards and honors, Matt Russo has achieved a level of personal and professional success reserved for the very few.

While a professional with a national real estate franchise, Matt's insatiable drive propelled him to become one of the country's premier real estate sales agents, ranking him in the top one percent of all agents in the United States. He has personally amassed more than $300 million in sales production and has completed over 4,000 real estate transactions.

For these and other accomplishments, Matt is profiled often in national and regional industry publications, including Today's Realtor. Most recently, he was featured in Real Estate Magazine as a "Realtor on the Rise," one of only 50 realtors in the country to be so honored.

When Matt set up his own agency at age 34, he became one of the youngest broker/owners in the region. As the Founder and CEO of Russo Real Estate, LLC, he now heads one of the fastest growing real estate agencies in the Delaware Valley.

Matt is most proud of his agency's consistent, precedent-setting 90% customer satisfaction rating, the highest in the industry. He credits his success to a business philosophy that is closely aligned to his personal code of conduct:

A true citizen of the world, Matt and his wife founded the Ukrainian Children's Fund in 2000, to raise money for the children's orphanage in Kiev. The couple has organized community fundraising events and support the mission of the Fund through personal donations.

Despite the demands of his business and family life, Matt also sits on the Board of Directors of Sentry Federal Credit Union and the Board of Managers of the Rocky Run YMCA, an organization of 10,000 members.
