Matthew Smith was born and raised in Hobbs, NM. He married his best friend, Becca in 2014 and they welcomed their son, Kole, to the world in 2018. Matthew graduated from Hobbs High School in 2011 and went to work in the energy field. He has excelled in his work from the powerplant to the nuclear enrichment plant but has always known his passion was in real estate. After getting his New Mexico real estate license, Matthew was awarded with the 2017 Rookie of the Year Award and he reached Multi-Million Dollar Producer in his first year. He also has his Texas real estate license which allows him to serve the Permian Basin along with Lea County.
