We formed the Stevenson Real Estate Group in 2019 to create a multi-generational team that leverages Gayle’s decades of local real estate experience and Matt’s background in finance, law, and technology. Gayle has worked in Idaho real estate for more than four decades, developing a successful track record that has allowed her to help her extensive client base buy and sell properties throughout Idaho. Matt received his Associate Broker designation in 2022 and has developed a strong history of transactions over the past five years.

Gayle grew up in Bakersfield, CA and graduated from UCLA as an Economics major. She quickly put her degree to good use by moving to Sun Valley in the 70’s. Matt and his two brothers were all raised in Sun Valley and its surrounding mountains. Matt spent fifteen years in the Bay Area working for Facebook and then as a financial advisor for Tiedemann Advisors (formerly The Presidio Group), helping high net worth families and foundations manage their portfolios. We both share a passion for all things Sun Valley and thoroughly enjoy sharing our extensive knowledge of the area.
