Matt was terrific to work with - he made me feel very comfortable in selling my (first ever) home and that I could trust him. My sale was a bit difficult as I moved away from DC in the middle of the process, yet Matt's communication kept me in the loop and Matt kept things moving forward. My interactions with Matt were stellar and he even went above and beyond to assist me with things since I was not physically in DC at the time. Matt listened to my thoughts and concerns and smoothed what could have been an entirely more hectic process. Matt is, by far, the best realtor I have had the pleasure of working with. The bottom line is this - my wife and I had the winning offer on our dream home solely because of Matt and his wonderful team. In a hyper-competitive market, with other bidders, Matt instantly developed a quick connection with the seller's agent, and built on that rapport to leverage our offer into a winning position. He literally is the reason we got the house. If he had not had the experience, market knowledge, and people skills to make that connection and quickly and correctly assess the situation, we would just not have gotten the home. It's that simple. We will forever be grateful to him for that!

On top of his incredibly impressive ability to relate to and work easily and effectively with others, Matt's knowledge of the market, patience with the far too numerous questions we bombarded him with, and cool under pressure helped us tremendously throughout the whole process.
