I am Matt Witherspoon. I have closed approximately 300 transactions and more than $100 million in career sales volume since 2018. I serve the northeast valley of Phoenix and Scottsdale, with a primary focus on Desert Ridge (where I live), Grayhawk, DC Ranch, and the acre plus horse properties north of Pinnacle Peak in Scottsdale and Cave Creek.

Before real estate, I spent over a decade in aviation as a licensed flight dispatcher, including time at NetJets serving private aviation clients. That work taught me how to stay steady under pressure and how to serve high-expectation clients with the attention they actually deserve.
