During a stint in Los Angeles' fashion industry, he pivoted to real estate and honed his craft with one of that city's best luxury brokers.

Matt has resided in Philly's Northern Liberties neighborhood for several years, and he loves the area's unique character. In his free time, you can find him working out at City Fitness, checking out new restaurants and bars around town, traveling and heading to the beach.
