Maureen is also a Senior Residential Appraiser Candidate, having received an extensive education in the field of real property analysis and appraisal. In addition to the several courses she has completed, Maureen has an additional source to credit for her real estate sensibilities: her father. While in college, Maureen began working with her dad at Frank Golden Real Estate – as a second-generation Realtor, Maureen is remarkably well-equipped to succeed in the business. Serving the Greater Scranton area, Maureen served as the president of The Greater Scranton Board of Realtors in 2011 and won Realtor of the Year in 2012, for the Greater Scranton Area.
