I literally cannot say enough positive things about working with Maureen on our house purchase. We randomly met (and loved!) her in an open house then she worked tirelessly for two years to get us our dream home. With little available inventory out there she was able to find us an off market deal solely because of her tenacity and responsiveness. We are so grateful we met her that fateful day two years ago and couldn’t recommend her enough!

I cannot say enough about Maureen Kendall. She is truly a spectacular agent and person! We collaborated with Maureen on the sale of our home and the purchase of a new home in a competitive post-COVID market. Maureen managed to sell our house for the price and time frame we needed and helped us get into our new home. Our dream location was out of the question in my mind, everything outbid and selling way over asking, but Maureen negotiated a lower purchase price twice, in addition to concessions, and we purchased a home in the location we desired. Maureen went above and beyond in both the selling and buying process of our homes. She worked with the agent for the seller to negotiate and finalize the transaction swiftly and connected us with a lender who did an exceptional job. She listened to us and truly cared about our needs. She continues to be a great source of support even after closing. The passion she has for her work shows!
